Paul is the face of Sustain Medical and as the company’s founder, continues to have his hands and his heart in everything we do. Paul manages our corporate operations and coordinates the activities of our product development, manufacturing, and regulatory teams.
David Fischer, MD – Chief Medical Officer
David is an owner and consultant for Sustain Medical, and has been leader in Orthopedics as a surgeon, director and international lecturer. Dr. Fischer has written extensively and actively participated in knee and hip implant system as a surgeon designer.

Mark Miller – Vice President of Business Development
Mark has 35 years in the healthcare industry in medical device distribution and healthcare IT. He has worked with companies like Stryker, Johnson & Johnson, Tornier, Wright Medical, Exactech, and medical device start-ups to introduce unique solutions to the American healthcare market.
Teresa Beckwith – Director, Client Relations
Teresa supports everything we do when it comes to the relationship we have with our clients and the surgeons who bring development projects to Sustain. She ensures our marketing team provides collateral documents that not only sell our products effectively but educate future and current clients as well.
