In Mark’s role he is responsible for managing our sales and marketing teams and is an accountable point of contact for our clients and for surgeons who have ideas they’d like to turn into viable product solutions. His healthcare knowledge and leadership experience in the medical technology industry help position Sustain Medical to deliver innovative products for healthcare and position the company for growth.
About Mark
My professional experience spans over 35 years in the healthcare industry in medical device distribution and healthcare IT. I have been fortunate to have worked with companies like Stryker, Johnson & Johnson, DePuy, Tornier, Wright Medical, DJO Surgical, Exactech, and a number of medical device and technology startups. This experience has allowed me to participate in introducing unique, life-changing solutions to the American
healthcare market.
My long tenure, working closely with providers throughout my career, gives me a unique perspective on the
client’s needs in both the acute and ambulatory spaces. I have always considered my role to be an extension
of the surgeon’s hands. I don’t perform the surgery, but I can deliver game-changing technologies to assist
them in their mission to heal.
Mark lives with his wife, Jodi and two dogs in Carmel, Indiana. He and Jodi have two sons, Ben, a gifted musician and recording engineer who lives in Denver and Nate, who’s studying at the Savannah College of Art & Design in Atlanta.
